Each item from The Kiwi Cactus is personalised and handmade to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund for you.
We take great care to ensure your items are packaged safely, but if something goes wrong in transit, we’ll make it right.
Custom Orders
Because every order is custom-made, please double-check all spelling, dates and details before confirming your order - we create exactly what’s submitted.
