At The Kiwi Cactus, every piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-made, so please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it’s shipped. During peak times (such as Christmas or sale periods), processing may take slightly longer - but we’ll always do our best to have your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s service schedule.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free Australia-wide shipping on all orders over $200.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Prices

  • Standard Shipping: $12 on orders under $200

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $200

  • Express Shipping: $17 on all orders 

  • Excludes money boxes: Due to the increased cost of shipping money boxes, all orders including money boxes will be $24 for standard shipping.
